Processing and delivery
Each product will show its production estimate before checkout. Available items and personalized pieces may have different timelines. Final shipping regions, rates, carriers, and free-shipping thresholds must be confirmed before launch.
Tracking
Once an order ships, the customer receives a carrier tracking link using the email supplied at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after production is complete.
Returns and exchanges
Eligible unused items may be returned within the confirmed return window. Personalized, engraved, resized, final-sale, and made-to-order products may follow different rules that must be displayed on the product page before purchase.
